All products in The Blueprint Suite are digital downloads — no physical items will be shipped. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a secure download link within minutes. Files are also accessible through your order confirmation page.

How to Access Your Files

Your download link will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes. Each link is secure and tied to your order. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

DNS Setup Service

The DNS Setup service is a done-for-you service with a 24-hour turnaround. Once you purchase, you will receive a secure form to provide temporary delegated access. Our team will complete the setup and remove access within 24 hours. You will be notified once the work is complete.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the file has been downloaded or access has been granted. If you have a concern about your purchase, please reach out before downloading and we will do our best to assist you.
